Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.

The return request must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Once approved, please return the product to the address provided. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified during promotions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customization, or other exceptions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund:

Approval: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (via Razorpay or other payment gateways) within 5-10 business days.

Rejection: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to reject the return, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be provided. If the product has already been shipped, the return process will apply.
